Box Turtles can be found all the way across the eastern, central and southwestern USA, and they can live both in pen spaces with dry soil and in woodlands with damp and warm soil. There are four distinctive species of Box Turtles. All Box Turtles found in pet stores were caught in the wild, so one must possess broad knowledge about their maintenance, feeding and health care.
