The Gila Monster

The gila monster can be obtained from many breeders specializing on these reptiles. These lizards are purely carnivorous. They usually hunt small mammals, birds, lizards and insects, and hunt primarily during night hours. These reptiles average 14-16 inches in length, although some individuals measure up to 22 inches; venomous glands are located in the lower jaw.
