Crocodile largest babies may be cute in the pictures but they are not recommended as pets.
To avoid abandonment potential owners should read as much as is possible about these reptiles and their keeping requirements. The animals need a large enclosure, divided into land and water areas; warm temperature at all times and places to cool down; furnishing, such as rocks, logs, and gravel; and a well-balanced diet.

These animals can also be used as pets though they are not the best animals to keep as pets; however, smaller Crocodilians (spectacled caimans with their smiling jaws and large eyes) are now available through the pet trade. But due to lack of information crocodilians are neglected and dumped after a couple of years of their lives – when they start to bite hard.
